The editorial board consists of well known scientists who have made
fundamental contributions to theoretical physics and/or mathematics.
Members of the editorial board can nominate papers for publication at any
time. These papers are published immediately after the author's
authorization.
Papers that are submitted to the journal for publication are sent to
members of the editorial board for evaluation. These members can either
review the papers themselves or forward them to another reviewer.
